Q2. What accuracy can your stamping process hold?
Your drawing sets the tolerances for our stamped parts. For example, we have held 304 stainless steel hinges at ±0.03 mm for wardrobe assembly. We also hold industrial fastening parts at ±0.01 mm. However, final accuracy still depends on material, tooling and geometry. Therefore, our engineering review confirms the achievable tolerance before quoting.

Our stamping output covers furniture, sports accessories and industrial equipment. For instance, we make 304 stainless steel hinges for furniture factories. Yes, we do. Stamping, laser cutting, bending, welding, CNC machining, casting and surface treatment all run in one factory. Therefore, deburring, tapping, welding and finishing move in-house with no handoffs. This keeps tolerances consistent from one part to the next. It also keeps the whole part traceable under one quality system.

Send us your 2D or 3D drawing in PDF, STEP or IGES. Also include material grade, thickness, target quantity and finish requirements. We normally quote within 1-2 working days. We also answer every request within 2 hours. For new stamped parts, we may ask one or two clarifying questions first. Die design depends on these details.
