What do you need for an accurate quote?
A 2D or 3D drawing, material grade, quantity, surface finish and delivery destination. Highlight critical tolerances. If something is undecided, include it in your message.
Can I start with a prototype or a small batch?
Yes. We support single-piece prototypes and small-batch sheet metal projects. There is no fixed minimum across the shop. Tooling-heavy processes may require higher quantities; we confirm this after reviewing your part.
What tolerances and lead times can you achieve?
They depend on material, thickness, geometry, process and quantity. Mark critical dimensions on your drawing. We confirm achievable tolerances and lead time with the quotation rather than applying one promise to every part.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a metal manufacturing factory, not a trading company. Our ISO 9001:2015-certified plant in Nanpi, Cangzhou has 19 engineers, 40 stamping presses (80–400T) and 2 CMMs for steel fabrication and custom metal fabrication projects.
Can you work with overseas buyers?
Yes. We provide English communication and shipping support for overseas OEM metal fabrication projects from China. Include your destination so shipping arrangements, costs and delivery terms can be discussed with the quote.
