Stainless Steel Fabrication
Factory price, turn-key service — one window from drawing to delivery.
Send us a drawing: our engineers settle the grade, the process route and the tolerance band with you before anything is cut, then run the sample and the production parts on the same machines.

Project case · Gas stove parts
A gas stove base that stayed in one factory
Two stacked rings carry the gas stove base: we punch ventilation slots into the upper ring, and we leave the lower ring solid. Then we bend flat-strip legs so they flare outward into stable feet, and we join them to the rings with spot welds.
On paper this is four shops — a stamping shop, a bending shop, a welder and a polisher. Because the batch ran as one route, it never travelled between them, so we protected the finish from the first operation instead of chasing it at the last one.
Project case · Wheeled stainless trolleys
Trolleys welded as one assembly
Square-tube frames, formed side panels and a flat deck come out of three different processes in the same building: tube cut to length, panels formed on the bending machines, deck plates cut with the fixing holes already in.
We build each frame in a fixture, weld the panels and the deck to it, and the trolley leaves the shop on its own castors — one assembly, one route, nothing left to fit up at the other end.

Terms at a glance
| MOQ | No fixed minimum order. The smallest run that makes sense is set by the part itself: whether it needs its own die, the sheet sizes the material comes in, and how the tooling is set up. Tell us the quantity you actually need and we quote against it. |
|---|---|
| Tooling & dies | Charged to you and quoted as a separate line, so the die cost never hides inside the piece price. Ownership and amortisation are negotiable. |
| Lead time | Mass production lead time is confirmed in writing with the quote, so the date you plan against is the date we commit to. |
| Tolerances | Every quote states the tolerance we can hold on each critical feature, measured against your drawing rather than a shop rule. |
| Inspection | First-article inspection, in-process checks and a final inspection report travel with each shipment. |
| Price drivers | Grade, sheet thickness, number of operations, finish, tolerance band and order volume — the six things that move the price of a part. Send the drawing with the quantity and we will tell you which one is doing the most work on yours. |
Which grade for your stainless steel fabrication? 201, 304, 316 or 430
| Grade | 201 | 304 | 316 | 430 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Cost-first parts in dry, indoor use — not for chlorides, marine or food contact | General service and indoor parts | Salt air, chlorides and chemicals | Cost-sensitive parts in dry conditions |
| Typical parts | Decorative covers, trim, indoor furniture and housing panels | Housings, covers, brackets, panels, tube assemblies | Marine and outdoor fittings, hygiene equipment | Appliance trim, decorative covers |
| Process fit | Stamping, laser cutting, bending, welding — deep forming and welded seams need tighter control than 304 | Deep drawing, stamping, laser cutting, bending, TIG welding | Deep drawing, stamping, TIG welding, passivation | Stamping, laser cutting, bending, brushing |
| Standard finish | Brushed satin, polished | Brushed satin, polished, passivated | Passivated, brushed satin, polished | Brushed satin |
Questions buyers ask
Which files do you need in order to quote?
A PDF, STEP or DWG, plus the quantity, the finish you expect and where the part has to work. Those four things are enough to quote accurately the first time.
Can you run grades other than 201, 304, 316 and 430?
Yes. Tell us the grade and the standard the part has to meet, and we will confirm what we can source and what the surface finish needs to be. Our stainless steel fabrication is quoted against your drawing, whatever grade it names.
Do you handle freight and delivery terms?
Yes — the quote includes freight options and delivery terms, so the total cost to your door is clear before you commit.
